Friday, April 29, 2022 - Appearance: Medium (+) purple-ruby

Nose: Medium primary sweetish black fruits (blackberry, blueberry), cherry, bramble, white pepper and licorice spice

Palate: Dry with medium (+) acidity, medium body, and medium alcohol - 13.9%. Tannins are medium (-), imparting a well-integrated softer texture. Primary medium flavours of ripe blackberry and black cherry, secondary mocha (dark chocolate, coffee) and light whiff of smoke on a medium length finish. Better than previous bottle, still no rush here.
