Friday, August 26, 2022 - Popped and poured. Medium ruby color. Aromas of red cherry, red plum, raspberry, orange peel, Asian spice, star anise and more leap from the glass. Just gorgeous. Juicy red fruits on the palate with a bit more Asian spice and some sweet baking spices. Medium+ acid, medium tannin and silky smooth mouthfeel. Delicious Sonoma Coast pinot noir that disappeared too quickly.
