Saturday, March 12, 2022 - Tart cherry and cured meat on the aroma. Watered down tart cherry character on the flavor with light notes of oak. Acidity is medium with medium low tannins. Tannin character I all in the front of the palate. Mouthfeel is medium. Overall, seems past it’s prime.
