Sunday, February 11, 2024 - The Wife opened this to make a Shepherds Pie as I figured that might be its best use. Surprised later as I tried a glass. Much better than expected with the Corvina showing through and quite enjoyable cherry flavors with just a hint of herbal undertones. Very drinkable and I would actually buy another bottle. Drink now.
