Thursday, June 20, 2019 - Classical. Old world Syrah Nose : cracked pepper, with a hint of meat, and neutral oak medium body, with a long finish that display the tannins very nicely with fruits and balance. It was very tight when opening it it would benefit from long decanting. Pair with French cheeses,(duh?) red and meat based pasta, specially if spicy or a light steak like flank.
