Saturday, December 14, 2019 - Really easy drinking after a short decant. A real pleasure pairing with roast duck, mushroom cream sauce, and brussel sprouts. Black cherry and graphitic minerals featuring, with a juicy and soft mouthfeel. Not much structure but enough to hold up to poultry. "Very good," 89/100.
