Saturday, August 10, 2019 - Needs a little airation 1-2hrs min.
Had with beef tender loin and rosemary potatoes. Good match.
Cherry and tobacco, hints of mint leaves.
Brown edge as you would expect after 25 yrs.
Does not taste old or overdone at sll, fresh, fruity and perfectly well-balanced. Great wine and ghis is the reason why I would wait 25 years to open a Barolo wine
