Saturday, February 20, 2021 - Wow... I’m quite stunned and shocked by the overall quality of this wine. Very powerful but yet insanely juicy. The nose just blows me away... With Beaucastel as master Yoda it’s no wonder Philippe Gimels wines shines like a newly polished penny. Lush and juicy red fruit beautifully woven together with powerful, sweet and intense dark fruit. Goddamn this taste good!!!!
