Wednesday, May 20, 2020 - J: earthy and dense and not sweet. But great nose.
L: high quality wine. Floral. Jasmine? Honeysuckle? Not sweet. Really lovely and interesting. Enjoyed with pork but could stand up to something heavier. Packed with flavor. Lots of fruit.
