Friday, March 20, 2020 - Decanted for 3 hours, and drank over the next 2. Red cherry and blueberry aromatics. On the palate, red and black cherry flavors, definitely more like a great Italian Sangiovese versus CA cab. A great value for sure. Drink with any pasta dish, but still pairs well with a nice filet from Eddie V’s.
