Sunday, May 19, 2019 - Just a baby, but what incredible energy! Almost crunchy acidity and minerality running through this wine. Crystalline is a great word for it. Lime, lemongrass, and fresh soft herbs. The sweetness is there, but the laser sharp acidity and oyster shell iodine type note really kept the palate light and racy.
