Sunday, April 7, 2024 - What a treat to drink Rousseau! Taken to a restaurant and let breathe in Zalto Burgundy glasses. Beautiful if on the young side. Perfectly balanced stewed and red fruit almost Zen-like. Some morelo cherry, green stem, and hawthorn bush notes. In time a touch of mint. This did close up some towards the glass. 95-96 now with upside in a few years.
