Tasted non blind. Opened and served immediately. Drank over about one hour.

Straw color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of fresh cut grass, talc, spice and a hint of lime. Flavors of lime, kumquat and a bit of peach pit Medium acidity, light body. Drink now.
