Tuesday, March 14, 2023 - This has been a consistently excellent bottle of Chablis that has now matured into something more complex and interesting over the past 4 years. The colour is a slightly deepening gold with a nose of lemon drops, boiled sweets, white nectarine syrup, oyster shell and honey. The palate has plenty of interest between the flavoursome fruit and the oyster shell, fresh hay and touches of honey on the long finish. There is great grip on the finish that clearly tells of its origins.
