Monday, March 19, 2018 - I am not a Chablis guy but this raveneau is spot on. Nose has abundant minerals, stone fruit, pineapple, dried apricot. Palate is well balanced, especially for a ripe 2005 vintage. The minerality is pronounced without being overwhleming like many Chablis. This is in a sweet spot now. 92-93
