Wednesday, April 22, 2020 - I noticed some vanilla and spice (presumably from oak). Stylistically reminded me of Ridge Chards from California’s Santa Cruz Mountains, which I guess is good. Solid acidity and brightness with some tropical fruit and a tad of honey. Overall, pretty solid. Went well on the patio with a citrus salad and warm spring air poolside.
