Monday, December 5, 2022 - Greatest Hits of the 1980s and 1990s Bordeaux (Hawksmoor Guildhall): A nice light frothy mousse, very fine effervescence, but one that fades quite quickly, possibly due to wide glasses used. Nice complexity with citrus, apple and melon, and a good dollop of bread. Quite toasty actually. I would describe this as relaxed and generous, quite mellow.
