Thursday, September 22, 2022 - Spices, white apple and pear on the nose, with tropical qualities and peach behind as it warms. Between light and medium bodied (9% ABV) with rounded white peach upfront, moving to golden peach and yellow apple through the middle. There's good depth through the middle and a nice blend of tropical qualities is starting to show up on the backside. Moderate acidity and lightly tart citrus contribute contrast and structure. Showing well now, but with enough future potential that it's worth holding until at least 2023. It doesn't have vibrant acidity, so it's not along term hold, but with a bit more time, it should open up quite well.
