Wednesday, August 4, 2021 - Beautiful in color, lovely spice on the nose and a hint of wild strawberry popped and pour, drank over 1.5 hrs. Great reflection of the 2015 vintage. Generally Chambolle’s are light, but not this one, definitely a medium body. Very balanced, went well w/ charcuterie and French onion soup.
