Thursday, March 28, 2019 - Bread, yeast, black fruit bouquet. Tasted dark fruits, slight white pepper, grape skin, graphite. Balanced, straight forward drinking. One dimensional though, slightly flat finish. Tasted better with food - salami - brought out mint chocolate flavors. Not bad. Drink now
