Saturday, December 24, 2022 - Dark purple colour. Nose of spice and earth. a little close when just opened. Tasted a little spicy when poured from the bottle. The wine opened up after about two hours of decanting. It turned into a totally different wine with great complexity and fruit flavour staring to show. Went very well with the steak and bison main courses.
