Tuesday, May 16, 2017 - Mouton Rothschild Vertical Dinner (Vaucluse): Lovely perfumed bouquet with blueberry and vanilla bean. Bigger and tighter palate than nose suggests. Nose is actually comparable to that on the '00, if less ripe and brooding. Lead pencil shavings and forest floor are here. Consistently enjoy this Mouton. Pleasurable now, but come back in 20 years and it will still be there.
