Wednesday, March 10, 2021 - 14.1% abv. Beautiful yellow gold color, glass coating viscosity. Expressive nose. Med plus weight, great mouthfeel, hits second gear mid palate with plenty of tropical and stone fruits, background tannins, and a long finish. My first Paul Lato - I’ll be looking for this wine and producer more often, bravo.
