Thursday, June 22, 2023 - Needed som air to get going (was a little reductive and even cooked at the start). After an hour plus of air it was drinking very well. Excellent pinot fruit, a little more European than New World but has a style of its own. Good now with air, but will probably keep going for another 3-5 years.
