Wednesday, October 26, 2022 - Still young but quite promising for a modest vintage. If it does not seem to have the weight of other "big" Angelus from top vintages, it is quite refined, fresh and elegant. The oak reduction in the aging process is quite noticeable.
The wine is medium-bodied, quite long on the palate, with silky tanins. Nose of graphite, cedar, eulcalyptus, a bit of spice, minerality. Aromas of cherry, blueberry, blackberry, roasted with a very balanced texture. A very lovely wine, although too young (decanted 2 hours before tasting).
