Thursday, January 23, 2020 - Union des Grand Cru de Bordeaux: Seattle: Black pepper, oak, espresso, baking spices, and both bright and dark fruits. This was very well balanced and enjoyable. It is coming together very well and I anticipate it getting only better from here.
