Sunday, January 30, 2022 - This is really quite good; fairly classic example of Preuses with some hints of tropical fruit, but underlying really typical Chablis notes of ripe orchard fruits, sea breeze, mineral notes, and citrus. The palate is fresh, more so than many '16s I've had and while it has the Preuses ripeness it has just enough edginess to give me what I really want when I open Chablis. The depth and persistence are very good. Would buy again.
