Sunday, March 10, 2024 - 13% abv, slight bouquet, lots of flavor but light body with not much sediment, not sure what critics mean about sweet tannins, smooth tannins, tart, nice fruit, drank a left bank wine last night that was heavy with tons of sediment, a very good wine except would have liked a bit more depth and less tart, drank with loin lamb chops, spinach pie,Chinese eggplant and basmati rice, obtained the wine from Bordeaux,will drink again.
