Saturday, September 3, 2022 - Tasted at Epicure in Paris. Fruit of quince, dried apricot and melon, honey and bee wax. Creamy palate but with fresh acidity to carry it. Great balance. A convincing young Suduiraut that is not that far off from the stellar 2001.
