Friday, October 30, 2020 - Aged on lees at least 5 years, disgorged 09/2019.

Pale yellow colour, fine bubbles. Fresh apples on the nose, also some floral notes after a while in the glass. In mouth, lasting green apples and fruit, chalky minerality and dryness. Enjoyable champagne!
