Monday, April 22, 2019 - The Great 2019 Easter Marathon!; 4/17/2019-4/26/2019 (Sydney): translucent ruby in glass. leafy dark berries, mulch, moss, sweet earth. Soft blue and straw berries, even mulberry. Juicy and sweet, lifted, confection notes. Great acid balance and concentration. Most inviting and elegant. Finishes minty and umami, with hint ash. A lovely drink, and very good with Ayam Serai!
