Wednesday, November 25, 2020 - Decanted for 30min and drank with friends outside. This wine is definitely drinking well now, glad I still have 7 bottles in my cellar. On the nose hints of dark fruit and vanilla, on the pallate cherries, oak (very subtle but there). I love this old world meets new, fruit is there but no jammy fruit bomb. Finishes lasts 30-40sec and is splendid. Tannins are mellowed but there along with the acidity. Id say drink now to the end of 2022?
