Monday, April 15, 2019 - Nice cool berries and citrus with limestone and saline minerality and good acidity; dry, drinkable, refreshing. On day 2 (stored refrigerated overnight), it's more aromatic and expressive; sweet-smelling like a combination of jasmine and Mandarin orange, while staying crisp and saline on the palate. Sort of hollow and short, but has a lot else going for it for $10.
