Sunday, April 10, 2022 - Sixth bottle from a full case purchased at auction in 2004. This bottle is mildly oxidised. The essential character of the wine is still easily recognisable, but there are also aromas of wet straw. They clear up a bit over 24 hours in the fridge, and I kind of like the lowland malt flavours on the finish, but the straw is not correct. Bottle variation, clearly.
