Monday, April 1, 2024 - Gorgeous wine. 2005 is a superb vintage for the wines from Graach. Incredibly fresh and youthful, this continued to improve over 5 days. Brilliant balance, elegant and seamless, still quite sweet but well integrated. Lemon, apricot, dried pineapple, honey, Mirabelle plum, mint and touch of quince jam. Long and juicy, maybe not quite at the level of Prüm's 2005 Himmelreich Auslese, but super good.
