Tuesday, July 25, 2023 - I don’t know what I was expecting but this wine was different, very different from any champagne I’d had before. Tasting it blind the only giveaway that it wasn’t a red wine was the bubbles. The palate was so bold and pronounced ripe fruit and bright acidity. Such a beautiful bright burnt orange color(I’m not even sure that color exists). A nose of dried figs and espresso.
