Saturday, April 17, 2021 - Nice straw color with fine bubbles. Nose of crusty bread and yeast. Palate quite surprising. Lots of minerals, a bit of brine, but a strong sweet and sour lemon finish. Addictive. This is definitely one I will seek out again.
