Saturday, September 21, 2019 - Certainly needing a few years and very firm and tannic on first opening. However with time in the glass blossoming beautifully, graceful, mineral, the tannin becoming softer. very lovely. But surely even better in a few years time. Paired very well with a carbonara sauce and lots of Parmigiana.
