Friday, November 10, 2023 - The nose is wide full open with buttermilk, flinty minerals and bramble bushes. Hints of black pepper and meatiness. The aroma is surprisingly light and bright.
The palate is green and peppery with elegant tannins. Again, dark fruitiness, that lingers and lingers. Bright acidity. A very light and expressive Crozes!
