Monday, January 20, 2020 - Drank with friends. Opened and let breathe for about 30 minutes. Drank a tad below room temperature. Absolutely delicious Chardonnay! We all got a lot of pineapple on the initial smell and taste. Very complex wine with lots of layers. Heavier mouthfeel but not overly oakey. Everyone’s favorite of the night!
