Monday, December 31, 2018 - This jumped out to the crowd at a recent tasting as tasty and approachable. Tonight we gave it a quick double decant. It followed the ‘13 Cayuse Cailloux well. Fragrant upfront with minerality on the finish. Brighter than most Cabs. A nice wine to end the year with.
