Saturday, May 25, 2019 - Jolly Rancher strawberry in color. Modest nose of herbs, strawberries and a mineral component. Medium bodied, dry and yet with a (to me, pleasing) hint of sucrosité, kept in check by good acidity, with a fuller range of red fruits on the palate. Equally suitable with and without food.
I don't drink a lot of rosé from pinot but I have to say that for my palate this approaches the Platonic ideal of rosé (except perhaps in price, though 17 euro seemed fair).
