The thing that is changed is 20% in barrique 2nd and 3rd passage for just 60 days. The idea is it gives it a little bit more depth. Savory and veal stock on the nose. Or some sort of stock. Savory on the palate. That's a big rose but not in a bad way. Its a big boy of a wine. A winter Rose. A proper wine, not just a beverage.
