Tuesday, January 9, 2024 - Poured through vinturi than drank with chicken parm while CFP championship occurred. Bottle lasted past halftime, and opened up beautifully. Dark fruit, silky smooth middle palate, and very long finish. This has shed some weight, baby fat since my last bottle and is in a really good spot. I would be interested to see slow ox vs. vinturi and I may try that next time if I remember soon enough. Great berserker day purchase a few years ago and ready for that event again in a couple of weeks. Huskies lost, but the bottle is a winner.
