This went super with my wife's fantastic, perfectly prepared and seasoned Atlantic Salmon. New world Pinot done the right way. Yes, it's rich and ripe and full-bodied. Not a lot of complexity here, just pure, hedonistic and pleasurable Pinot. Not too sweet, not too oaky. Perhaps could've used a touch more acidity, but was pretty well balanced. Everyone loved this.
