Friday, February 12, 2021 - Classic Napa valley floor Cabernet. Black currant, black cherry, dark chocolate, marzipan, fig, tobacco, vanilla, and cedar. Rich, complex, but not overdone. Pretty much as good as California gets. Could use a bit more lift and savory elements to balance out the richness.
