Sunday, May 22, 2022 - Opened too early! This was super tight and took a long time and some aerator use to get it to open up. Much better the second night. Savory syrah, with flavors of grilled meat, smoke and mineral. Good acidity as well. I'd hold this for another 2-3 years. Drink 2024-2036 for best results.
