Friday, June 19, 2020 - This is so nice. Blue fruit and dampness on the nose. It is a plush and delicious mouthful. Blue and purple fruit and some sous bois on the tougue. A little spiciness as well. The tannins are now quite dissolved and a subtle acidity keeps it fresh on the palate but quite soft. Compared to so many village burgundies of a similar price (I'm thinking of an Amiot Servelle I drank last week), this wine offers so much more enjoyment.
