Thursday, May 23, 2019 - Young fruit and minerals aromas upon open. Palate a bit subdued. After an hour when wine was less chilled, it really opened up and became quite impressive with intense aromas and bold, complex, tannic taste of minerals and dry fruit. I'm convinced good Assrytikos need breathing time (2 hours or more) and should be served at around 60 degrees in order to show what it can do. Had the bottle at Electric Roof Garden restaurant in Athens.
