Friday, December 9, 2022 - Bought at wine store in Kyoto. Most probably a very recent disgorged. It is the first time I taste a champagne with a high percentage of Pinot Blanc (40%) and the rest Pinot Noir. It tasted disjoint and lights during the first 60 minutes. It gradually takes up weight and release aroma. sharp, crisp, high acidity 7g dosage. Excellent as an apertifs. For people who prefer lighter champagne.
